Chiropractic Care
We do chiro differently. We strive to be Toronto’s best chiropractors, which means we want to spend time getting to know you.
Chiropractic care not only involves spinal adjustments and the cracking you always see, it is a whole process of care–which includes evaluating the integrity of your joints, muscles, tendons, and ligaments.
It may include diversified treatment, such as: muscle release therapy, exercise rehabilitation, acupuncture, electrotherapy, and instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy.

Clinical Acupuncture
A complementary medicine that involves pricking the skin or tissues with very thin needles–at strategic points on your body.
The points are then activated through gentle, and specific movements, of the practitioner’s hands or with electrical stimulation.
This alleviates pain and is used to treat various conditions ranging from muscle strains to stress management.

Muscle Release & Deep Tissue Therapy
Deep pressure is applied within knots that form in the muscles. We then add a combination of stretching and hot/cold ointments, which break down the toughness of the muscle that causes pain.
It can help with the relief of pain while restoring range of motion of the tissue. This has been shown to help people with postural strains to athletes with acute injuries.

Exercise Rehabilitation & Physiotherapy
Physical rehabilitation plays an important role in restoring movement and building strength. The stronger the integrity of the muscles, the more it protects your body from recurring injuries.
Exercise rehab will focus on the essential stretching components, and strengthening/ conditioning of problem areas to get you back to your goals faster.

Massage Therapy
The practice of massage involves alternating soft and deep tissue pressure to help improve blood flow and relieve tension.
While Swedish, Muscle Stripping/ Kneading, Friction, and Trigger Point techniques are common, your registered massage therapist may use any of the combination or more depending on your needs.
Massage can calm your stress and allow your muscles to reduce in tightness.

Custom Foot Orthotics
Whether it is localized problems, such as: flat feet, overpronation, feet pain or more complex issues of the knees or hips–orthotics may help.
We believe that treating the affected muscles/tendons, as well as exercise rehab, is key to resolving problems stemming from the feet. However, structural issues and/or genetic components may not be helped with functional care.
Recommendations for orthotics are specific ranging from person-to-person and may not benefit all. Please consult with one of our experts to learn more if this is right for you.
